Trump not a convicted felon.

His appeals have to be denied for him even to become a convicted felon
The children are hurriedly impatient
No. They do not. He is a convicted felon. After sentencing, he can appeal.
If his appeal is upheld, he is no longer a convicted felon.
Fact. Just deal with it. :)

Yes, Trump was convicted by the Democrat party.

When it gets overturned due to the absolutely incredible corruption involved, he will go down in history as being railroaded, not convicted.

Not yet
Gotta wait
Children jumping the gun playing make pretend is already reality

Anyone convicted of a felony is a felon.
Which is not a jury vetdict but the end of a trial which is the sentencing.

A lawyer has a chance prior to the judge passing the sentence to have a mistrial declared. The lawyers have a chance at the sentencing portion of a trial.

As it stands now, the democrats have declared trump convicted with the luxury of not finishing the triall.

Idiots

Trump is a convicted felon. He was tried and convicted by a jury of his peers.

Sentencing determines punishment for that conviction.

You miss the point. They use existing regulations and enforcement options they, not congress, created. And EPA isn't they only department.

No, but they are the one big business is worried about. As well as OSHA, or the CPSC, or any of the other agencies that call big corporations on their bad behavior.

SCOTUS made it harder for agencies to protect the interests of workers and consumers, and you wingnuts cheer.

That's the constitutional way, anything else is tyranny.

The constitution isn't a suicide pact.

You were never sentenced after a trial. It is much more than just passing a sentence.

He was convicted. And a felon is anyone convicted of a felony.

Sentencing is the punishment phase. The conviction of the felony happens with the jury verdict.

It aint over until the sentencing. There is no record of a conviction until sentencing.

The judge could find there was no evidence for the jury to convict. Defense can raise multiple challenges at the sentencing

Sorry about presenting facts

Trump already has a probation officer. He's definitely been convicted. Sentencing is merely the punishment phase.

A felon is anyone who has been convicted of a felony. And Trump has definitely been convicted.

The potential for the verdict or trial to thrown out exists until all appeals have been exhausted. And until it is thrown out, the conviction stands.

You're confusing a potential outcome with an actual one. And the verdict, as of today, stands.

Sorry you're ignoring the facts.

No, but they are the one big business is worried about. As well as OSHA, or the CPSC, or any of the other agencies that call big corporations on their bad behavior.
That's why they need to follow existing laws.

The constitution isn't a suicide pact.
It's the rule book to operate by...........................simple concept.
SCOTUS made it harder for agencies to protect the interests of workers and consumers, and you wingnuts cheer.
That's BS and you know it................most of the labor law and workplace safety LEGISLATION came about during the fight for labor rights in the early part on the century.

15th post
Found guilty, not yet convicted.....................
Nah, I'll go with convicted felon. If trump skates because some of his crime spree was after he took office, that's only a pass on paper. He's still a fat old felon.
