First, nobody is screaming about “immigrants.” Despite your attempt to legitimize them, they are ILLEGAL aliens.

Second, you are not factoring in the cost of the illegals. They bring down the caliber of the public schools, and the surrounding home properties plummet. So….our American kids get a worse education, and their parents see their equity drop.

No I am saying support less illegal workers and support US manufactured product by supporting businesses that do not use illegal workers. Buy US manufactured product.
It is the hypocrites who do not do this that bother me.

And of course none of this considers the cost to children in the form of lower caliber school and to their parents in the drop in home equity in the areas where illegals settle.

I’d rather pay more for a head of lettuce, or get unskilled Americans to pick it by cutting off their welfare - and then keep the schools from deteriorating, the property values from dropping, and the $160 billion in net costs these low-caliber people cause.

I want immigration reform. I wish we could help the many people who are fleeing unliveable situations. Unfortunately we cannot.
I want a tighter border. It is congress that should act. But in doing so, don';t paint them all as criminals and disgusting people. Most are not.
Border reform with some compassion.
