She likes talking to the keys, making them promises and then delivering the wealth to them. From the very beginning, that is what she has always done. That was her simply delivery of a promise to a key. It is how she operates and she excels at the 'Game of Keys.'

Trump has appealed directly to the blocks that the keys are supposed to control. He isn't playing the Game of Keys, he is trying to disrupt it. He hasn't gone to the keys in order to gain power, he has gone to war against the keys of the political parties.
The keys understand this and they have declared war on Trump. Not just the keys of one party, but almost all the keys of both parties have turned on Trump. He has attacked their model of how to control power and they are terrified. His election would disrupt a century of careful pruning and vote control. Trump is dangerous, but only to the keys.
So they have unleashed every tool of persuasion against him. At this point they don't care who you vote for, as long as it isn't Trump. The nevertrump group was really just Republican keys banding together trying to save the system that has served them so well. It isn't Hillary vs. Trump, it is the Trump against all the keys.
