Trump's only chance is to prevent the popular vote from counting in several battleground states by challenging the elections in court. He'll try to use the court system to stall or invalidate the elections in these states and the attempt to nullify the electoral college.

It'll take a whole lot of judges to ignore their judicial oaths for it to work.

Despite the messaging from the right - Biden isn't a far leftist, he's been clear on several important issues like he does not support defunding police for example. Obama governed close to the center, Biden will be associated with that. For many people Obama represented a good time for America, in light of what has happened in the past few years. That isn't a conman.
