A child wouldn't even consider such an operation without adult influence. So either the parent is guilty of providing that influence or they're guilty of allowing other adults to provide that influence. In either case, the parents are fully or partially culpable.

I doubt most parents actually have 10% influence in kids lives. Much of it comes from video games, social media, friends, school/teachers and peer pressure.

Do you expect the parents to lock their kids up in the basement with no contact with the outside world??? Or that women should wear ankle length gunny sacks, always cover their head and walk 10ft behind the man??? How very Shariah of you

So it looks like they were against ''transgender mutilation surgery for children'' outright but changed their minds to infer that they support ''transgender mutilation for children'' so long as there is ''express written approval of the parents.''

I generally agree with your second sentence although there are likely some centrist "conservatives" who don't have a problem with it.
I agree with your third point.

In any case ... child mutilation should land both doctor and parents in prison. The parents are likely the reason why a developing child would request such an operation in the first place.

If Trump was a true, America First President ... he would emphatically denounce the evil operations. But as we saw in the video and as we saw on his Truth Social post, he is okay with it as long as the drugged up, lunatic parents give their permission. That's WRONG all day long.
