Trump inks massive trade deal with Japan.

His tariff strategy keeps winning.

Another major player gets onboard the Trump Train.

The Japaneze leader just got crushed at home due to anti-immigrant sentiments and a lack.of work opportunities. It was prudent for Japan to sign a deal. They understand that trying to run out the clock as some countries are trying, is a rather lengthy and costly 3.5 year endeavour.

I think the Japanese PM was holding out until their election results. He lost many seats and a day later the trade agreement with America is announced as he tries to avoid stepping down from his position after the losses. The Party that gained the most seats would work better with Trunps admin as they share philosophies. Regardless, the EU and Canada are falling behind as other smaller nations such as the Philppines agree to deals as well. Europe and others believed patience was a virtue, but all it will mean is higher tariffs on Aug.1st until a deal is struck so now it is Trunps team that benefits the longer the negotiations take. There are some who suggest that Trunp didnt do enough to ensure American auto access in Japan, we will see. Japan PM Ishiba welcomes Trump's 'massive' trade deal announcement.

Shares in Japan's biggest carmakers are soaring as Trump's announcement is seen as a boost to the country’s motor industry.

The deal will see the US import tax on cars and parts cut to 15% from 25%.

Investors welcomed the news, with shares in Nissan up around 8.5%, Honda gaining more than 11% and Toyota gaining over 14%.

Under the agreement, more US vehicles will be allowed into Japan - but that is unlikely to be seen as a major threat, Andy Staples from consultancy GeoPol Asia tells the BBC.

It is “a matter of other US brands not bothering to tailor a product for the Japanese market,” he says.

Japanese carmakers are more worried about competition from China, says economist Jesper Koll.

Chinese brands have dominated the global electric vehicle (EV) market, led by BYD - but cars from China have largely been banned from the American market in a move to protect American carmakers.

“Japan car CEOs will be happy to pay the 15% tariff to US as long as [the US] keeps Chinese cars out of the US market,” Koll says.

I'm working now, but thanks for the concern. The boys are sleeping and the Mrs. is prepping for dinner tomorrow. Some rare quiet hours.

Good. Every little bit helps.

This whole tariff circus has been such a global ******* fiasco, it has wrecked our reputation, valuable relationships and international credibility and reputation to such a degree, that we need to celebrate anything.

So, yeah, good. Much more on the way soon, I hope.

Another massive win for America! Thanks Trump!

Meanwhile the 19 percenters that still approve of the demafascit party are using deflection and distraction to talk about a dead Dem donor pedo that trump already prosecuted

Such a sad little cult

My earlier skepticism of the tariffs seems to have been unfounded.

Well done!

Now do China.
$550 BILLION and several hundred thousand jobs for Americans! That's just 1 trade deal with 1 country. All Democrats can now eat shit and apologize to American workers.

Actually that was Maureen Comey that prosecuted him, and his lawyer died yesterday.
Also Maureen Comey was fired the other day.
