I am going to blame him for the portions of it done while he was President. My post was pretty straightforward.
You can't blame him if the Fed Chairman refuses to lower interest rates which has a direct effect on the debt.
Nor can you blame Trump for the Supreme Court saying he has no right to raise tariffs to pay off the debt.

Thats nonsensical. First, do the first four years. Then, your argument doesn't hold because the tariffs were unconstitutional. Even with the tariffs he ballooned the deficit.

The only group that voted for Trump in a majority were whites. It took 57 percent of the white vote for Trump to win by 1.5 percent. So this is not about Democrats.

There are many reasons for the disconnect, most important the high inflation of 2021-23, whose effects still linger.
When you’re unhappy at home, you can gain some perspective by checking in on your neighbors. The whole world has been through the wringer since 2020; any country’s performance alone is less revealing than how it compares with its peers.
Most leaders from around the world would trade their economies for the U.S.’s in a heartbeat. Through the second quarter, the U.S. grew 3%; none of the world’s next six largest advanced economies grew more than 1%. Even China is struggling.

It does not give congress exclusive authority on tariffs, because tariffs aren't a tax.
They simply said Trump was using the wrong law to impose tariffs on trading partners.
