Slap on the wrist..but still..a conviction:

Longtime Trump Organization finance chief Allen Weisselberg, who pleaded guilty in August to 15 counts including tax fraud, conspiracy and grand larceny, on Tuesday was sentenced to serve five months in jail.
Authorities had promised Weisselberg a steeply reduced sentence in exchange for testifying against Trump Organization. He had faced up to 15 years in prison.
Weisselberg, testifying as a witness for the prosecution during a Trump Organization criminal trial in New York Supreme Court in November, said on cross-examination that he was embarrassed by his conduct and that his actions betrayed the Trump family, for whom he had worked for a half-century. Weisselberg testified that he was acting only for his own benefit.

The company was convicted of tax crimes in December. It had been charged with scheme to defraud, conspiracy, criminal tax fraud and falsifying business records. Former president Donald Trump was not charged with wrongdoing in the case.

5 months means out on appeal or out in 2-3 months on good behavior. And convictions mean nothing. They convicted Lee Harvey Oswald of killing JFK too and now we know he was a bad shot, never could have hit JFK, and was a CIA trained plant put there by LBJ to take the fall.

Not to burst your bubble..but Oswald was killed by Jack Ruby long before he could be tried for anything. Which might have been the point?
Oswald was an ex-marine. Rated Sharpshooter.

Perhaps you might consider not getting your history from movies and obscure web-sites~

Xiden is gonna get much more time for violating the Espionage Act when he stole Top Secret information and hide it in his private office and sell copies to the highest bidder.

If you’re rich, you can defraud the government for millions and they will barely do anything.

In the military the Sharpshooter Badge was the medium award and meant the soldier was a good shot with his weapon.
The best shooters earned the Expert Badge. .. :salute:

This is true, but a bad shot does not earn the Sharpshooter badge

at least they took the unprecedented step of a criminal charge here…look at former dem presidential nominee Al Sharpton? he never got charged ans just has a never ending payment plan for the millions he owes…and look at the xiden crime family…even with agents saying to charge, the doj won’t.

Decisions to charge are dependent on specific facts and circumstances.

Without a doubt, Trump’s corporation committed many crimes and fraud.
