Trump files defamation lawsuit against Bruce Springsteen over concert remarks

Forbes says he's worth $1.2 billion--that's a hell of a paycheck. Of course there are those that claim he's not worth that much because of his frivolous spending (Springsteen's words) and people are actually putting stock in his opinion. The fact remains that he sold his catalog of work to Sony for $500 million. According to Parade, his 2025 net worth is $750 million.

Holy shit. Well, he has been crushing it since the early 1970s.

That has to be one of the wealthiest rock stars.

He has some bangers.

Who doesnt like GLORY DAYS?

I've never liked Springsteen. Now I hate the guy. It is going to cost him big bucks just to fight the suit, even more if he loses.

I really hate entertainers and Hollywood types who think their wealth and fame makes them think their opinions on life are important to everyone then use their position to effect political change.
I've never liked him either. He's been political his entire career and he is polar opposite of me.

Usually I can separate the person from the artist.

Jack White is left as ****, even rocks blue hair sometimes…but I am not going to stop listening to The White Stripes or his solo shit because he is a numbskull.

Just dance for me, monkey.

I'm an Ian Anderson guy and that guy hated most everyone in politics yet I love his music.

Yep, many people put their fun and convenience FAR ahead of any sense of Patriotism or sacrifice.
Precisely how a population ends up as servants and slaves.

He's an admitted draft dodger hypocritically claiming to be a patriot. A real POS.

My ATF is Van Halen.

I do not think Eddie Van Halen ever discussed politics once ever, Even David Lee Roth, who is verbose…never discussed politics that I know of.

They just ******* played. I respect that!

He has shit and piss compared to Trump. Enjoy getting sued you fools. :auiqs.jpg:
He pulls in more crowds than Trump does, asswipe. Which makes you & Trump jealous.

Feelings hurt? You betcha!

The battle between politics and pop culture just took a legal turn. Donald Trump is suing Bruce Springsteen for defamation after the singer made some very harsh comments during his recent concert tour. This started as a fight over words and has turned into a legal battle that has sparked a national debate.

The lawsuit brings up questions about free speech, political criticism, and whether comments from celebrities can make things more exciting in court.

Bruce Springsteen is accused of making "false, malicious, and damaging statements" about Trump in recent interviews and during his 2025 concert tour, according to the filing, which was filed in federal court in New Jersey.

The lawsuit is the result of a sour public dispute between the two well-known individuals, whose ideological differences have always been apparent, that has been simmering for months.

I hope he pays big coin. Maybe a few million. Heck if the pillow guy has to pay so should he.

As Trump well knows, the process is the punishment. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy than Springsteen.
The Bruce Springsteen Story. From superstar to Jersey jerkoff in 6 months.

Elvis Presley kept his political opinions to himself. I wish all entertainers would.
Different time. Elvis came up in the age of McCarthyism--entertainers were a bit scared. Since those congressional tactics have been demonized, celebrities are much more vocal--indeed they have become the very demons that they feared in the 50s. What goes around, comes around?
