Trump document case highlights - 3/14

quotes --

Less than two days after amassing enough primary victories to assure he will be the next GOP presidential nominee, Trump was in court as a criminal defendant, listening carefully as his lawyers asked a judge to dismiss many of the federal charges against him. They argued that the Espionage Act under which he was charged was too vague, and said a different law, the Presidential Records Act, protected him from prosecution.

After nearly four hours of back and forth, Cannon sounded unswayed.

“You would agree that declaring a statute is unconstitutionally vague is quite an extraordinary step?” she asked Trump lawyer Emil Bove.

She left it open for a jury to decide the contested issues brought by the defense.................notice she didn't rule on that?

Win win for Trump.....

Biden did not try to hide them from the DOJ and did not lie about having given them all back when he really didnt
he hid them from everyone for decades,,

and only said he had them after realizing going after trump for it was going to backfire,,

as a private citizen he had no right to possess them and knew all along he had them,,

the crime is possession not if he returned them,,

It’s amazing we’re even discussing this shit. Trump had full authority over documents as president. Bidumb had none. Yet we’re doing trials for the guy who had authority and not the idiot who didn’t.

Because they did. Trump is heading to trial for the same shit every president before him has done. Meanwhile a man who wasn’t president and had boxes of classified information is being not prosecuted because he too old and stupid to stand trial.

If you can’t see the double standards here you’re fucking retarded. Or a democrat.

really?

What's even funnier is Judge Cannon brought that very same issue up.......
Yes, selective prosecution. Now all she and the cult need is to produce an example of someone doing what Trump did who didn't get prosecuted.

See you in never.

No, she did mention the fact that many presidents took still classified documents and had them in their possession after leaving office.
Try and keep up.
