She signed what Cochran asked her to sign, but added the caveat to avoid overstating her knowledge.Is it your suggestion she just made it all up?

She added the caveat because she knew rhey were lying. And she knew it was her job NOT to sign that Affidavit, if she was not confident in her assertions.
