trump deports 4 year old with stage four cancer.

Thereis a law that says all people are required due process, which didn't happen here. So don't even try that bulshit, chump.
Due process is required for the loss of life, liberty, or property.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Which of those does an illegal alien lose by being deported?

Don't worry if that stumps you. I'll ask it of the whole forum soon. No one expects a whole lot from you, anyway. The lefties on here value you for your loyalty, and willingness to do the dirty work.

And to top it off, the children were citizens! That kid was taken away from access to its medicine. This kid might die because of trump. These are the people who fight for a child to be born just to die from cancer because we have a president who is satan in human form. Republicans can no longer even try telling me jack dookie about abortion.
If the kid were going to die, then the mother was very abusive to take the child instead of turning over custody to the father. Read the article, genius.

But why would the kid die, anyway?

You forget that the U.S. has the worst healthcare outcomes, literally lowest on the list. Plus it's the most expensive. How can a cotton-picker or motel cleaner afford treatments?

Do you seriously believe that they just let kids with cancer die in Honduras? Just because it's a mostly brown country, you racist clown at a goat rodeo?

.

Left cultists -- if some MSM outlet says it, IT'S GOT TO BE TRUE!!!!!

I am going to set up this question because it’s obviously clear that you are not a high functioning human being? Do you have kids

You know it’s funny how you people are using this kid as your disgusting narrative. Liberals are pretending to care about kids? Or do they care about children from the Immigrant? I think it’s disgusting that people are using this story for their political gain. The mother knew but oh let’s make it about the child that the democrats are forcing a smile on their faces and act like they care!

But why would they deport the mother of child who was so seriously ill?
Are you kidding me or are you pretending to be a clown? So next time I see my neighbor in handcuffs and his wife with a shiner. Should I be a dumb liberal and ask why isn’t she going? You guys are more careless than the people who left their kids with Michael Jackson

Yes, I do know, because I’ve lived there.
Like many developing nations, the Honduras has two healthcare systems: public and private. And the difference between them is stark. The private system struggles with limited resources. The public system, while often free or low-cost, is even more strained.

Children do receive care, but only to a point. In contrast to the United States, where extraordinary efforts are made to preserve a child’s life even if the odds are slim, public healthcare systems often face heartbreaking decisions. When resources are scarce, they simply can't afford to provide expensive treatments to those with a low chance of survival.

This is the reality behind the policy. It's not abstract, it's real. And it's what you voted for. I hope you're ready to live with the consequences because this is just the tip of the iceberg.
The same reason they lock up criminals that have seriously ill children,

THEY BROKE THE LAW!
What was she convicted of? I'll give you hint, she was never tried for anything.

Deportation effectively removes a person's freedom to move freely within the country and can restrict their ability to return in the future.

Most importantly, the Supreme Court has consistently affirmed that due process is required before deportation, even for non-citizens. The court has also emphasized that due process includes the right to notice and the opportunity to challenge the removal. She got neither.

Donald Trump has consistently violated the 5th amendment and should be impeached. Of course we know that will not happen. The GOP controlled congress simply lacks the guts to do what is right.

Was the mother an illegal alien?
Bye!
No, she is an undocumented immigrate, mother of 3 and married to a US citizen. Being in the country without proper documentation is not illegal in itself. She has never been convicted of any crime. Since she was never given a chance to plead her case. A Trump judge sighed a mass deportation order deporting hundreds. Some most likely were sent to the wrong country and some most likely have the legal right to be here.
Our laws and the constitution are totally irrelevant.

I was in Germany last week and for the first time in my life I was ashamed to say I was an American.

But . . . but . . . but . . . the U.S. has the worst health care system IN THE WORLD. The highest costs and the worst outcomes.

Are you saying that Democrats have been lying about that all along?

Good GAWD, Y'all!

Democrats opinions are pretty maleable. They all seem to have become border hawks, just as long as we allow all existing illegals to stay.

But, that U.S. healthcare is the worst, is like their most sacred dogma. This destroys the WHOLE Demococrat narrative!

Deportation effectively removes a person's freedom to move freely within the country and can restrict their ability to return in the future.
Are you claiming everyone on the planet has an inherent right to be in the United States?

They dont.

Deported illegals lose the ability to move freely in the United States, but not the liberty, because they did not have that liberty in the first place.

That is like saying, if someone trespasses into my house, he has to have a hearing before he can be removed. He doesn't. If I call the police, they will come and remove him. No trial no reports to file.
Most importantly, the Supreme Court has consistently affirmed that due process is required before deportation, even for non-citizens. The court has also emphasized that due process includes the right to notice and the opportunity to challenge the removal. She got neither.
We have an expedited removal law in the united states, which was signed by bill clinton. The supreme court has not overturned that law. Neither Biden nor Obama gave Notice and an opportunity to challenge the removal for every one of the millions of illegals, they say theydeporteed.

Another example of the extreme double standard that democrats apply to donald Trump.
Donald Trump has consistently violated the 5th amendment and should be impeached. Of course we know that will not happen. The GOP controlled congress simply lacks the guts to do what is right.
Her mom took her out of the country and away from what is in reality the best health care in the world, just as you describe. The child's father was eager to take custody of her so she could stay in the united states and get that awesome healthcare.

Democrats lie about u s healthcare and they are lying about Trump deporting that little girl out of the united states.

Moral:

Democrats lie. A lot.

Which is a shame because it makes rational debate with them next to impossible.

It is. It's right there in the name.

She has never been convicted of any crime.

If you say so.

Since she was never given a chance to plead her case.

How sad.
Some most likely were sent to the wrong country
They walked here; they can walk to the proper country. Or not.

and some most likely have the legal right to be here.

They should have gone through the legal process years ago, to prove that.

I was in Germany last week and for the first time in my life I was ashamed to say I was an American.

Right back at you. You should have stayed away. It's not too late.

The kids are US Citizens and were denied Due Process. You shut the **** up.

Three U.S. Citizens, ages 2, 4 and 7, swiftly deported from Louisiana :smoke:
Children do not get due process. Parents must make the claim for them. The child was not deported. Mom elected to take the child with her. What you want is for the mother to remain because of the anchor baby child. That’s not happening.

Child was a US Citizen. Trump and team decided to deport without Due Process.
Did you know it is illegal and unconstitutional to deport, detain for deportation, or recommend deportation of a U.S. citizen?

The American Civil Liberties Union described V.M.L,'s case -and another similar - as a "shocking ... abuse of power."

I agree
Could the US government legally have forced the separation of the family by keeping the child here while deporting the child's mother?

One believes there would have been a very similar outcry from the same corners of the fever swamp had that happened.

No access to medications or doctors, almost certainly a death sentence.

this is what the US has come to.

trump supporters will cheer.

You people. Did you want to ***** about Trump separating families again? Nope, you couldn't do that here, so now you find another thing to ***** about. Like someone else said, step up and adopt these kids whose parents are here illegally, or let them otherwise be separated from their parents and don't ***** about it. Of course, you adopting the child would separate it from its parent(s) making YOU the evil person!

The child is STILL a US citizen and can return anytime they want to.
