To me, if she can be saved, she should be saved because at the end of the day, she didn't ask for whatever is on her plate. She could also die if not deported, logic says.
She “could” die here tooSend the child home to die. That is not in "good spirit" and it certainly does not represent the America I support. They came to the USA legally, albeit on "parole". No evidence the "parole was violated".
CHLA heavily relies on donations from individuals, families, and foundations to support its mission of providing specialized pediatric care. The USA is so much better than this. why? Any decent human does not impose a death sentence on a 4-year-old child.

Sofia began receiving life-saving medical treatment for this condition at Children's Hospital Los Angeles when she and her parents crossed the border from Mexico in 2023 on humanitarian parole, Sofia's lawyers said.
Sofia's medical care, which consists of her receiving specialized IV treatments for up to 14 hours a day, can only be administered in the United States, per the equipment manufacturer, her lawyers said.
The family's lawyers said Sofia's mother, Deysi Vargas, has received three letters from DHS saying her humanitarian parole is being terminated.
"It is time for you to leave the United States," one of the letters, dated April 11, stated. The letter went on to say, "If you do not depart the United States immediately you will be subject to potential law enforcement actions that will result in your removal from the United States -- unless you have otherwise obtained a lawful basis to remain here."

You obviously did not read the article...Typical for a MAGA.Of course her lawyer would say this... but its not accurate... the treatment can be administered anywhere... maybe not for free... but when did we start treating the ill from around the world for free?...
We have kids right here... US citizens who can't afford treatment that would save their lives...
However if this is true I'm sure some district judge will block her deportation....
Uncertain, regardless this person is not here illegallyDoes an illegal alien avoid deportation if they claim whiplash?

The notice provided by the govt is required by due process, she has an opportunity to find other legal means. What’s the issue? Should we not give people notice?

Holly, we agree on something. As I stated, sending the child home to die. That is not in "good spirit" and it certainly does not represent the America I support. To me, if she can be saved, she should be saved because at the end of the day, she didn't ask for whatever is on her plate.
God bless you and the angel always!!!
