Trump cut your drug prices by 80% today, Sept 30,2025

Oh yes you are plenty stupid, thats why you don't understand that lower inflation doesn't mean lower prices.

Lower inflation (above zero) just means slower rate of price increases.
Well answer me this... if it lowered inflation then why didn't it lower or stop prices from going up?...

No you don't because it's bullshit.

As an example Inflation Reduction Act capped the out-of-pocket cost of insulin to $35 a month.
The cost of insulin was lowered by a Trump initiative and Biden took credit for it... and you fell for it...

Lol... Democrats are suddenly against lowered drug prices because of orange man.

Inflation Reduction Act was major legislation that helped millions of Americans
The only people helped by the act were congressmen and women and illegal aliens... and you and I got screwed...

States such as Florida might have an easier time given Ron DeSantis and his congress fights prices all the time and gets rid of rules.
What has DeSantis done to help the workers of Florida?

He has sold out to corporate interests

Inflation Reduction Act

Healthcare Provisions:
  • Medicare drug price negotiation: For the first time, Medicare can negotiate prices for certain high-cost prescription drugs.
  • Capping insulin costs: Insulin for Medicare recipients is capped at $35/month.
  • Limit out-of-pocket costs for Medicare: Annual out-of-pocket prescription costs will be capped starting in 2025.
  • Extended ACA subsidies: Subsidies under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) were extended through 2025, helping millions afford health insurance.

🌱 Climate and Energy Provisions (largest in U.S. history):

  • $369 billion investment in climate and clean energy over 10 years.
  • Tax credits for clean energy: Includes wind, solar, nuclear, and other low-emission energy sources.
  • Electric vehicle (EV) incentives: Up to $7,500 in tax credits for new EVs and $4,000 for used EVs (with income and manufacturing restrictions).
  • Home energy efficiency rebates: For heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, etc.
  • Methane emissions fee: Charges oil and gas companies for excess methane emissions.

💰 Tax and Revenue Provisions:
  • 15% corporate minimum tax: For corporations with over $1 billion in profits (applies to about 150 large companies).
  • Stock buyback tax: 1% excise tax on corporate stock buybacks.
  • IRS funding: $80 billion to improve tax enforcement and customer service, especially targeting high-income tax evasion.

The use of the word TODAY is incorrect. NO REDUCTION TODAY.
And the future is not written yet.

...it is literally in the Inflation Reduction Act. Do you imagine it was Trump that signed it maybe?

You don't know what you are saying.

Prices are lower where I live... gas is lower nationally... my grocery bill is lower every week... and I just ordered new boots and they were lower than the last time I bought them from Amazon... the very same boots...
Yer beef has gone down also? I highly doubt it since it has increased nationally, along with electric. Gas is the same price here as it was last year.

Just confirming that the $369b is really a slush fund run by democrat insiders, Podesta and Abrams.

Trump hasn’t done anything yet, just made promises that would take years to come to fruition, yet tariffs are a reality today. What if Obama or Biden had done that?
How can Trump have "done nothing" yet, and you whine about his new tariffs? That makes no sense.

Obama or Biden were too stupid to manage "reciprocal tariffs", they were happy letting US manufacturing get hosed by competitors.

There was a white house announcement today and Pfizer spoke about it and promised to build large factories in the USA and reduce prices 80%. What a wonderful bit of news. Use TRUMPRX on the WWW to get low priced drugs.

Hurrah Trump and will you agree how great this is?

Our Meds are about $300 a month.

I'll take any savings I can get.
I take a blood pressure med, a sleeping aid, and a beta blocker.
My monthly bill for those 3 pills is usually like $0.87, for a monthly supply.

Always has been, I'm excited for trump to reduce that bill by 1500%. Right Robert W
1500% Reduction, that's what the orange blob was quoted.
