You didn't watch your own video? The plane would be above, crossing at 90 degrees, and descending. It would literally be over their heads, descending into their path. They weren't even looking for it as they saw the other aircraft taking off on runway 1. Your own Blackhawk/commercial pilot in the video stated as much.
