One problem with his "I thought it was me as a doctor" explanation (apart from it being hilariously absurd) is that it ignores some of the bizarre changes made to the original image....Notably, at the top of the picture, what originally appeared to be a floating military man with angel's wings was turned into what appears to be a demon...or some sort of demonic-looking figure. What the hell does that have to do with him being a doctor?

And I get that AI does weird things to images sometimes (AI itself is weird and creepy imo) ...but still, he, or whoever is in charge of his Truth Social page must've noticed that demonic-looking figure smack in the top middle of the picture, but posted it anyway. And that's not even getting into the main problem, him portraying himself as Jesus or a Christ-like divine being.
