I have already listed several conservative females in this thread who all have run for office as outspoken conservatives. Candace Owens lacks their experience. She does not want to be a politician.

Every conservative female cannot be chosen. He chose who he felt would be best for his cabinet. Your obsession with hiring people solely because of their skin color or gender is ridiculous. As in sports, EVERYBODY DOES NOT GET A TROPHY. That is stupid liberal thinking to claim that everything is about identity politics.

Trump should not hire any more democrats. He has already hired Tulsi and RFK - two democrats.

As I stated earlier, How many republicans did you see in Biden' cabinet? He trotted RINOs out whenever it suited his purpose, but none were ever in positions of power.

Transportation was a mess under the inexperienced Pete. At one time both Boeing and the Port shipping industry were closed down with strikes.

Not to mention several disasters -- E. Palestine OH and the bridge/ship collision in MD are but two of his total failures.

I think Trump's plan is to use Tulsi as his "firing" whipping post. That could be why he does not care about her lack of experience for that position.

The current Director of National Intelligence, Avril Haines, was confirmed by the Senate in 2021 following several years in a number of top national security and intelligence positions.

... of which Tulsi has no such experience.

And he failed to instruct Biden competently on Afghanistan, Russia/Ukraine, Hamas/Israel. None of Biden's appointees have distinguished themselves in any way other than in negative destructive ways.

Tulsi cannot possibly do any worse.

Rod Paige - Secretary of Education

DEI is a massive failure. Trump is wise for choosing who he wants regardless of gender and race.

I do not believe Trump is a practicing racist, nor was he a racist before he became president as he was often seen out with lots of black male rappers taking photos with them. Trump was cut from the business cloth not the rap studio cloth, so he could not hang with them 24/7.

Trump does try to reach out to black women, but he makes the mistake of going to the liberal democrats to reach out to them (the dems humiliate him). Trump fails at building any coalitions with black female conservatives. In Trump's world, black female conservatives do not seem to exist.

If Trump chose a black female conservative it would be a decent start. it's those 5 positions:

1. An Asian
2. An Indian
3. A Hispanic
4. A black man
5 A black woman

Trump filled the first 4, but not #5.

Nobody cares. DEI is dead.

Last I heard his assets were only around 700-800 million. Being President is expensive for him. The legal fees were outrageous.

Forbes now estimates $5.5 billion as of mid-November. Bloomberg estimates it at $6.32 billion at the same date.

Most who responded in this thread had to make "Excuses" for the fact that Trump has purposes not hired any black females. The fact that Trump has not done so is disturbing; very troubling.

Some even used sports as their example of how blacks are not hired, should not be hired, etc.. that was pathetic.

Others posted a pic of George W. Bush, and we all know he brought in Condelizza Rice and every where George Bush traveled to Condelizza Rice traveled. Every meeting he was at she sat in on. Mostly because she spoke speaks four languages: English, Russian, French and Spanish. George W. Bush made sure that black woman went everywhere he went. She also worked with his dad. Don't try to use a pic of George W. Bush to as your example of racism in not hiring black females. George W. Bush was outspoken in taking up for Rice due to all the ugly racists remarks that kept coming from others during her tenure.

Facts: Three of George W. Bush's nine appointments went to women or men of color (33%), and three of Obama's ten (30%). Strikingly, all of Trump's seven inner cabinet appointments went to whites only during his first term in office.

Name the conservative-ish black women to choose from.

All those conservative black females names were already mentioned way back in post #15. Read the thread.

Every single one of them have already run for office as outspoken conservatives. Trump practices racial discrimination in his hiring practices against black females only, and there is no hiding that nor any way to take up for him in that area.

Look at how that purple line (black females) drops way down for Trump's hiring practices. It drops way lower than conservative George W. Bush. This is very bad; ugly conservative history for Trump.

You know George W. Bush sees, and is well aware of Trump's racist hiring practices towards black females.
