I just realized that - along with many other reasons to pity them - lib-Dems will never know the joy of self-effacing humor, also known as being able to laugh at ones' self.
When Stephen Colbert was doing his satire of conservatives, I loved the guy. It was only when he turned to non-stop attacks as "humor" that he became unfunny and cringy.
Anyway, Puppet Edgar, who normally is one of the few "people" able to sometimes make lefties laugh at themselves, turns his humor on my side. I love it.
