Trump Changes To History At National Parks Must Be Undone Judge Rules

Do you want a nation ruled by the Bench as per Sotomayor’s vision?
Right now we have a President that thinks he is a king and can rule by executive order. We don't do kings here, as tomorrow will demonstrate. Particularly demented ones. Once we had one called George, and now we have a President that wants to be King Donald. 86 47.

It is against the constitution for any judge to rule from the bench.
Silly boi, the Supreme Court decides what the law is. Lower courts then rule by what the Supreme Court say our Constitution says. Trump has publicly stated that he would like to terminate the Constitution. And you MAGAts would like to see that.

Check the EO count by Obama and Biden.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With a President that claims no laws apply to him. LOL You MAGAts are a laugh a minute.
This coming from the side that pushes mandatory healthcare insurance purchase and vaccine mandates yet exempts themselves. Try again.

Wrong. The legislature decides which laws to create. Judges can only offer their opinions on whether those laws are constitutional.

However, with you Democrats.....you don't believe in enforcing the laws on the books, much less follow the law. You're always trying to make up new laws and try to get rid of anyone who dares to say you're doing something illegal or oppressive.

How much of a role has the Supreme Court played in the history of this country when it comes to changing the course of American Life in this country?
I’m not saying the Bench doesn’t have influence and impact. I’m delineating what there role is and what it is not. Every branch needs to stay in their lanes which I realize they don’t always do.

invalid, he's not convicted 34x over as he was never convicted

paper does not matter........the court matters......dems tried and lost

charges that did not stick are not convictions

How a Conviction Happens

A conviction can only be achieved in one of two ways during a criminal court case:

  1. A Guilty Verdict: Following a trial, a judge (in a bench trial) or a jury unanimously decides that the prosecution has proven the defendant's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
  2. A Plea Bargain: The defendant waives their right to a trial and enters a formal plea of guilty or no contest (nolo contendere) to the court. Legally, this has the same effect as being found guilty after a full trial.
he is your president like it or not and you don't

again, buy more tucks wipes, your ass is still on fire
President POS was convicted on 34 felony counts. He was impeached twice. Once for trying to force Zelensky to influence an American election, once for trying to overthrow a legal election by force. Here are the facts;

What was Trump convicted of?

Trump was charged with 34 counts of falsification of business records in the first degree, which is a felony in New York. He pleaded not guilty when he was arraigned last year.

All paper crimes, so called anyway.

Democrats tried to overthrow the government and failed in two cases by democrat committees and also when Obama tried to overthrow the government by his Russia collusion hoax.

haha yet no charges, NYC, the judges and jury were stacked against trump from day one
dems uses this to keep him from running, they failed

trump has advisors that do his business records, if there was anything false they did it, not him personally

More importantly, at least for me and in keeping with your comment about national security concerns, an obscene amount of money is being squandered on esthetics, renovations, and unnecessary "decorations" that provide no benefit to the people of the U. S., aka the tax payers.
There's that as well.

Whats always hilarious is to hear people who describe themselves as "strict constitutionalists" (see a small sampling below)

But you know that, those, will never occur.

And I bet, as a constitutionalist, you know it.

I consider myself a Federalist and a Constitutionalist.

Trump is a patriot a constitutionalist

And Republicans/MAGAs/constitutionalists/those on the right are the ones who champion those people

I'm a strict Constitutionalist,
having no problem with the obscene waste that is mentioned nowhere in the document.

I don't have problems with improvements myself as long as it's debated, approved by congress, and blends in with the ascetics of the city. The "garden of heroes" the blob wants to build includes statues of Alex Trebek and Kobe Bryant. WTF???

Applaud all you want to,
I'm happy that his name is off of the building. That it's removal bugs you makes me positively giddy.
but I'm going to make a little prediction here:

Within two years, the Kennedy Center will be nothing but a residence for mice, spiders, and junkies shooting up dope. The Trump curse is real, baby, and may it severely afflict every one of you Trump-hating low-IQ morons.
You might be right about that. But once the blob oozes out of office, it will once again be an honorable place to cultivate and develop the arts.
