Trump Changes To History At National Parks Must Be Undone Judge Rules

Convictions usually do. They didn't in the blob's case but he's still a convicted felon 34 times over. A win for the good guys.
invalid, he's not convicted 34x over as he was never convicted

paper does not matter........the court matters......dems tried and lost

charges that did not stick are not convictions

How a Conviction Happens

A conviction can only be achieved in one of two ways during a criminal court case:

  1. A Guilty Verdict: Following a trial, a judge (in a bench trial) or a jury unanimously decides that the prosecution has proven the defendant's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
  2. A Plea Bargain: The defendant waives their right to a trial and enters a formal plea of guilty or no contest (nolo contendere) to the court. Legally, this has the same effect as being found guilty after a full trial.
he is your president like it or not and you don't

again, buy more tucks wipes, your ass is still on fire

Yes, he was convicted. Stop kidding yourself little boy.

Yes, he was convicted. Stop kidding yourself little boy.
he was not or he would be in prison.......that is how our system works

A Guilty Verdict

no guilty verdict.......NO prison....

cry all you want you can't change the system to your liking

Democrats offer nothing more than a series of distractions, designed to muddy our great President's portfolio. Trump will go down as one of the best ever, but it won't take Democrats long to undo all his great accomplishments. Democrat rule, never again.

So, you are saying, you want to grow the federal government more, and put more power in the hands of non-elected, politically appointed comrades?

let me go outside and laugh that off before I come back and explain the facts of life to you...and in the process explain yes, you are "missing something"
Interesting point.

The Constitution gives Congress the power to regulate the court, by expanding the number of justices, impeaching justices for bad behavior, and this is the one I'm especially partial to, restrict the courts appellate powers on what cases they can, or cannot rule on.

I agree with you. Lets restrict what the current court can rule on. Once conservatives know they can no longer go running to the court to get rulings in their favor, that will take that power out of the hands of those non elected comrades.

There judges need to be brought to heel.

President Trump's effort to rewrite the past at the country's museums, parks and landmarks was struck down on Friday, with a federal judge calling for the administration to restore changes already made at locations nationwide.

The preliminary injunction issued by U.S. District Judge Angel Kelley in Massachusetts also orders a pause on any additional changes, writing that the plaintiffs have shown these efforts are meant "to rewrite the Nation's history with a white-out pen."

MAGA is really going to like all of the new additions coming in 2029.

Hahab a Mass judge can’t issue a nation wid injunction

Well, that's my point.... Nobody (TTBOMK) gave the blob the ok to destroy a 1/3 of the white house in October 2025. He just did it. And here we are nine months later in limbo.

Seems to me that whomever the President is can just demolish/build whatever they want in DC.

I think there should be some guardrails.

I've said it a few times here. I get lumped in with liberals and I guess I am pretty liberal about some things but at my heart I'm an institutionalist....if there isn't a sincerely pressing need for something to be done by the feds that involves national security or safety of the American people...it should be a group project.
More importantly, at least for me and in keeping with your comment about national security concerns, an obscene amount of money is being squandered on esthetics, renovations, and unnecessary "decorations" that provide no benefit to the people of the U. S., aka the tax payers.

Applaud all you want to, but I'm going to make a little prediction here:

Within two years, the Kennedy Center will be nothing but a residence for mice, spiders, and junkies shooting up dope. The Trump curse is real, baby, and may it severely afflict every one of you Trump-hating low-IQ morons.

Convicted on charges that were never detailed in the jury instructions and never proven by evidence in any court of law in the country.

The crooked judge never issued a sentence because he knew his case would have been thrown out on merit upon appeal.

Nah.....that's why Trump closed the place.....because it was already full of mice, spiders, mold and mildew.

I don't really see that the federal judge really had any constitutional basis for the ruling TBH. I mean Trump is a petty ***** but this really does seem like a purely political issue, not a legal one.

Its job is to interpret law; not make law nor enforce law, certainly not rule or have final say
That is exactly what they do.

Precedent be damned under this Robert’s maga court.
