But it turned out the company were filing fraudulent accounts. I will point out that the Trump Admin gave a $300m no bid contract to Whitefish Energy who had 2 employees but the owner came from the same town as interior sec Ryan Zinke. They were charging the US government 17 times the cost of the labour locally to do the job.
