Explain how you think Iran can block the Straits of Hormuz? In the three years of the tanker wars in the eighties Iran and Iraq together only managed to sink less than a dozen tankers and seriously damage another twenty or so. We've already tried that, and Iran doesn't negotiate in good faith...They've never cooperated in any fashion with inspections or deals...

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Intellectually speaking, you are nothing more than a fact-deprived peasant. Your mind consumes the scraps that your propagandistic information lords provide you and nothing more.

I am probably agnostic at most, so I have no fondness in my heart for a theocratic regime such as Iran's, and no disagreement from me that the world would be much, much better off without a nuclear-armed Iran, which would undoubtedly lead to a nuclear-armed Saudi Arabia, and perhaps other countries in the region as well. So for that reason alone, I am in favor of preventing Iran from getting nukes.

Iran was cooperating under the old JPCOA, which Trump then withdrew from. Iran then restarted enrichment beyond civilian-use grade level. The Iranians have shown a willingness to be a nuclear non-proliferator. Israel, by contrast, won't even declare what the whole world already knows, which is that they have nuclear weapons.

We need to stop being ready to wipe Israel's ass the moment they shit their pants.
