He has always had luck by suing everyone, but even that doesn't seem to work any more. He was recently ordered by a British court to pay $382,000 in legal fees to a company he tried to sue over the infamous ‘Steele Dossier’ report. If he owes you, you better get him to court quick before it's all gone.

The USSC may not help him as much as you or he thinks on that New York fraud case. They have stated that they are not finders of fact, they chiefly judge either the conduct of the trial, or the consitutionality of the laws involved.

if Trump had actually and factually committed Fraud, they would have to show some kind of reversable error on the part of the judge. If lower courts don't find it I don't know that the high court will.

The USSC, if they follow their own precedents, will not look at how aburd it was to find fraud in cases in which the supposed "victims" have volunteered that the deal was in their favor, and they'd like to have Trump for a customer again.

I don't know if the lower courts follow that or not. Since he was not "found guilty" despite what some bedwetters on here think, they will not give Trump the "innocent until proven guilty" protection he'll have in criminal trials, if the incompetent Democrats ever get one going.
