So, it's your belief that prosecutors that prosecute criminals are interfering with their rights?
Actually, they are. Sometimes it’s justified. Sometimes it is not justified. When it is not justified and a prosecutor, does it anyway, that is the crime of malicious prosecution or interfering with rights.
Don’t worry! The Trump DOJ cannot convict Leticia James. All they can do is give a one-sided presentation to a Grand Jury to get an indictment, arrest her, charge her with dozens of repetitive counts, threaten associates and family members if they don’t witness against her and ask the court to limit her travel.
Other than that, they can force her to spend her savings fighting the charges while refusing to answer questions in congress due to an endless “ongoing investigation.”
I know that you do not object to such tactics, since you spent the last eight years cheering them on.
Who did she conspire with?
Of course, that will come out in the lengthy investigation, which they will not be able to talk about until they decide it is finished. But I would imagine it would be the people in her office and whoever in the DNC has been her handler.
Leticia James had Trump in front of a judge and 12 jurors?
Will Trump & his gang be found guilty of conspiring to interfere with the rights of 10 million undocumented immigrants?
The right to immigrate illegally?
Sure! Why not? All you have to do is win the next presidential election and start the investigations!
And that will go on and on with the winning side always prosecuting the losing side. I guess a good strategy will be to run a person for president who is so old that by the time he leaves office he will be, dead or too old to prosecute. You know too old and demented, like Joe Biden.
If that sounds like a fucked up way to run a country, send a letter of thanks to your party who thought of this whole lawfare nonsense in the first place.
Or just man up and enjoy lying in the bed that you made.
