• But here was a man who is a billionaire, onetime president of the free world who could be living very well on his own island like a king actually cooking the food IN a McDonalds then serving it to the public with humility, delight and charm--- something Kammy could never do if you held a bullwhip to her ass.
• He even insisted in paying for it so they got a free meal on the house.

I think Trump deserves kudos for that.
