If he does and respects it he can't round up 15 million Mexicans living here and send them home on a whim


Each and every one of them must be detained here and meet with an immigration judge and plead their case before they get deported. The Constitutional Lawyer I saw last night (on Fox) said there were 250 judges and the waiting period for a trial is approx 500 days.

Not only would detaining 15 million people for 500 days cost taxpayers a fortune, it would take until the next century to do it.

False. Breaking our laws is a crime. You just have to enforce the law and deport for the crime. Just think how much money we will have with a smaller IRS and how that money could be used to pay the judges we would need to review each case.

Can't wait to see that big, beautiful wall. The wall that gives our kids back their future prosperity instead of giving their future away to foreigners.

Oh and it's not just the Mexicans but all the illegals who will be going. It just happens that our border with Mexico is the biggest problem.

no scholar but there MAY be a legal way to deport and leave it to Trump and his lawyers to discover it [hopefully] . Plus , just the threat may get some to self deport . See the HERO , Ike Eisenhower who did 'Operation *******' in the early , mid 50s and who made this country GREAT at least for my schooldays , wage earning days and just good times in the USA .
