Trump And His Minions Attempt To Make America Small, Stupid, And Mean

/—-/ I don’t think a president can demand an elected official to be removed from office, but he can demand the idiotic policies can be reversed before $$$ starts flowing.
federal aid is CONDITIONALLY granted - the Fifth AMendment - right to life clause - should authorize the President to demand dangerous state officials be removed as a condition for accepting federal aid

"globalists" in the view of "populists" are the billionaires that move factories and jobs overseas to make more money as they bribe US congress-critters to make laws to protect them.

Musk's companies are based here in the US, hiring US workers, and paying US taxes.
I don't consider Musk a globalist. I consider Musk a patriot.

You keep using these words, but you don't know what they mean...

Musk meets that definition.

Trump does a good job of talking about what some regular people want, but not all, and he doesn't follow-up on it either, so some populist there.

This is the most generous definition of populist, so to be fair I used it. However, rightwingers aren't true populists.

GLOBALIST: someone who believes that economic and foreign policy should be planned in an international way
Musk meets that definition.

POPULIST: trying to be popular with ordinary people and to represent their ideas and opinions

1. I agree what the dictionary definitions say, which is why I said that in the view of "political populists". I'm not sure how you conclude that Musk meets the definition of globalist. As I stated, all of Musk's companies are headquartered in the US. If he was a globalist they would be in Ireland or some low tax haven. He recently moved from CA to TX because of their policies. I'm just blanking on how Musk is an internationalist. He seems like a very patriotic American to me, even if he has international businesses.

2. Trump's campaign was as a "populist". I know that the "tax cuts" are not necessarily populist. But DOGE could be. If Elon and Vivek can cut spending $2T that would be very populist. Would congress pass those spending cuts or chicken out like in 1984 and the Grace Commission's recommendations? I think that Trump's funding of black colleges is still in effect? Also, the mass deportation of illegals should help raise incomes and lower food prices. (via supply & demand)

Elon is NOT a Globalist as defined by the Soros - Schwab brain dead camp

In four years, they'll still be miserable and hateful and mal-informed and small-minded.

This has NEVER been about Trump. Not for one moment. This is about the base, and how it has been manipulated since the day Limbaugh went national.

In four years, they'll still be miserable and hateful and mal-informed and small-minded.

But that's leftists for you.

The solidarity of American communities in the face of catastrophe, whether natural or manmade, is an aspect of our national character that most of us cherish. We never tire of stories about our fellow citizens upholding one another at the worst of times. We venerate the firefighters, emergency service workers, law enforcement officers and ordinary neighbors whose endurance and sacrifice hold communities together against cruel circumstance -- without regard to race, creed, color, gender or partisan affiliation.

Or at least we did during much of our history. Yet as huge swaths of Los Angeles are consumed by wildfire, it is striking to see those traditional American values torched by a self-serving coterie of right-wing billionaires, whose loyalty to any principle beyond self-aggrandizement is nil: Rupert Murdoch, Elon Musk and of course their political avatar Donald Trump, the president-elect.

While the LA blaze rages on, all three of these men have used their gigantic public platforms to stoke a different but exceptionally destructive conflagration. Rather than encourage patriotic bonding and mutual aid, they broadcast messages of division, hatred and suspicion, served up in a poisonous stew of blatant lies, conspiracy theories and wretched nonsense.

Trump, and his foreign goon squad of immigrants, actually making a natural disaster even worse.

Trumps America.

Trump, and his appointees actually making a natural disaster even worse.

Trumps America.
And Republicans likewise spread this poisonous stew of blatant lies, conspiracy theories and wretched nonsense, seeking to exploit this tragedy for some perceived partisan gain.

Post the definition you're getting this claptrap from.
Oh whoops..wonder what year that's from? She's been dead a while.

I don’t put it past Trump to declare a national emergency on some pretext, like diseases coming across the border, and unleash his minions to carry out Project 2025 “for the good of the country”.
Right now MAGA volunteers are building the camps and re-education centers for the undesirables who will be allowed to remain in the country. Keep it to yourself for now

The FEMA camps aren’t good enough? Whose money is MAGA wasting, not Elon’s?!
