I don't even want a sauce of any kind. I want to taste the steak, not cover it up........maybe a little salt & pepper while cooking (not after) but that's it

I'm good with a good creative sauce with a good steak. But it needs to be a great sauce--not the storebought stuff--and it needs to go under the steak so that you're getting only a hint of that flavor with each bite of your steak. It can turn a great steak into a spectacular steak.

So do I though I don't know if it was actually diagnosed that. But my primary doc did tell me to wear compression socks so I do. And it eliminates all the swelling.

My partner had it so bad he would get ulcers. They would heal, then form somewhere else. But there was no impact on his heart.
