Kavannah is well qualified. The guy sat on the DC Court of Appeals. That's pretty much a steppingstone to the SCOTUS.

This is just Trump's usual tantrum when a court doesn't rule his way. He does this all the time.

The real issue is that most of the time, the Prog radical judges are lined up with the Prog politicians. And for some reason when there is a question of an agenda not like by Prog, some Prog radical judge shows up to turn the agenda away. Non Repubs judges do it, but very sparingly compared to them. Kavanaugh should have venom in him for what he put up with at his nomination hearing.

I am not complaining about Kavanaugh. I think he's very well-qualified and a great selection to the court.
