Trump admits he may be causing a RECESSION

So, explain to me why your logic only applies to Trump? I never said that republicans were free from being drunk on spending, even corruption to a degree. But, instead of holding a rational view of our spending problems, you just want to blame it on ‘the other side’ like a child.

Why are you so upset about an audit? Do you not think getting rid of waste, and uncovering possible fraud is a good thing? The majority of Americans do.
I blame it on both sides, but all you see is one side since you are myopic.
You think Trump is gonna change that?
No, he isn't.

I've often said here that nothing illustrates the Dunning Kruger Effect more vividly than a Trumpster lecturing others on markets and economics (my profession for 23+ years before retirement).

It's depressing to watch. So I just don't engage.
You don’t engage because your arguments are easily debunked, so you cowar from actual discussion, like the punk kid in the schoolyard inciting a fight.

You only wish you were good enough.

Well we know that no matter what happens, you’ll squeal about it and put a negative spin on everything President Trump does.
A “negative spin “ on recession?

Why would anyone do that?

Recessions are no big deal..

They convinced you to embrace crony capitalism and this is what it got us.

We are basically seeing a leveraged buyout of the United States by the elite billionaires.
They long fer the days when they were free to do as they pleased.

President Trump "promised" things would be better from day one and the reality is things have been worse from day one.

Now, he is preparing us for headaches to come and (of course) blaming the Democrats for it.

It is Trump 101. He promises unequivocally that he alone can do it, he doesn't fulfill the promises, and he blames others for the failure.

What else is new?
Things are not worse since day one.

Gas is cheaper.

No you don’t. Show us some examples of you pointing out dems out of control spending…Hell, in this thread you tried to ignore how spending works by blaming it all on Trump…And, just a pro tip here, trying to flip the argument with what was just typed to you is weak as hell…do better…

If its any comfort its not just an american thing. We voted for brexit. The most stupid act of this century.

Play it out dummy…What happens when wealthy people are under attack for their wealth?

Did they really think they could extract trillions of money from the country and leave us with the debt?

Not an answer…could you once in your life just answer the direct question?

You tell me, since you’re only asking the question since you want me to tell you what you already think.

No, I’d like to see you say it…Come on man, it’s not hard, you can do it.

The actual answer is very little but you’ve been indoctrinated to think that paying higher corporate tax rates eliminating loopholes is the end of the world.

What happens when the country keep adding to an unsustainable amount of debt?

When the Recession comes, Trump will still blame Biden
Yup. And what he said in the OP will be forgotten.

I have no problem with big changes, or with shocks to the system. It's obviously true that we're in poor and decaying long term fiscal condition.

But as usual, the problem isn't the goal. It's the way the goal is pursued. And for a guy who wants to run the country like a business, he's not doing this in the way a smart businessman would do it.

No, they leave the country....Taking their jobs, and money with them....I thought you guy's were railing about "outsourcing" not that long ago...?

This is a well known outcome of Marxism.....Do yourself a favor and look up the downfall of Venezuela... Is that what you want here? Because that is what you are advocating for....
