Trump administration plans to cut over 80,000 employees from Veterans Affairs

Thats what entitled GSers have always done since the French Revolution

Because of the nature of the bureaucratic beast, federal service will always be a wart on a free and rational society

The only remedy is to have as little as possible
Regardless of the need huh?

**** those Vets?

Obviously none of us here have irrefutable knowledge about the VA

My lack of knowledge applies to you also

Trump was elected president and he and his team will decide that for all of us
All hail the Orange Fraud

Jesus you are a cultist

Congress has mandates who gets care by the VA

So yeah.. your suggestion is unconstitutional
Maybe

Or maybe not

We’ll find out pretty soon

Uniforms who served a few years and got out do not deserve lifetime medical services that reduces care for true wounded warriors

But is Elon going through the VA and other federal agencies with a fine tooth comb to weed out "waste," or is he simply taking a sledgehammer to employees simply so he can free up enough money to say, SEE, now we can do tax cuts for the rich!
Oh, there's little question that they're looking to dramatically lower the cost of Gubmint; a worthwhile goal, isn't it?

Did you serve? What branch?

And Congress says you’re an idiot

My personal history is none of your business

But thanks for asking

That doesn’t make it unconstitutional. If it were no action by Congress other than an amendment to the Constitution could make it so.
The Constitution mandates that Congress and not the Executive makes these decisions
