GM kept the jobs in Canada long enough to fulfill the contractual obligations for the $20 mill, and then they left.

The jobs at Carrier are still on shaky ground, and things are going badly. Workers feel that Carrier pulled a bait and switch. Trump really didn't save their jobs, and the company is going to leave anyway.
