Blame politicians who make up the budget. Blame Communist China for shipping a virus over while some suggested you keep your borders open and go out and have a good time.

Furthermore, the latest massive spending could have been put off by Trump and started off the Biden admin. with a massive bill, instead, it's all done under Trumps admin (for posturing purposes?).

Ultimately, the West will be bankrupted in due time and China will continue to spend the money that is shipped over to them to buy Western politicians (they same ones who make it easy to ship them money, when they aren't doing so on their citizens behalf with "deals" such as the Paris Accord) and citizens in high positions to betray their governments.

You will eventually go the way of Canada. Our RCMP and their provincial surrogates don't solve crimes unless they are manufacturing them. Take heed though, Trump has now been replaced by the most popular incoming president in U.S history. The Harris/Biden administration will have the budget under control within a month.
