TRAITOR: Former NATO Commander Wesley Clark ACCUSES Trump of TREASON

View attachment 902545

A ridiculous story from a self-important would-be autocrat, or a dangerous threat and call to action?

Donald Trump said at a weekend rally that he would refuse to protect U.S. NATO allies from Russia, and even “encourage” Russia to attack. It’s potentially one of the most dangerous things Trump has ever said (a high bar!) and while a handful of his most sycophantic Republicans defend him, the rest of the world is speaking out.

Among those who are calling out the threat is General Wesley Clark, a retired U.S. Army Officer who also served as the Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO until he left that post in 2000.

Clark is calling on Republicans to stand up to their leader and denounce this kind of rhetoric.

Asked about Trump’s invitation to Russia to attack NATO allies, Clark was clear and direct: the threat is treasonous.

Clark also posted on social media about Trump’s dangerous summons. He implored the right to see through the facade. He wrote:

Those allies and friends are already taking Trump’s words into account. European nations have known that Russia could become a threat, but are, for the first time, forced to consider the possibility that in an attack, they wouldn’t have support from the United States.

European Council President Charles Michel, for one, said that the comment was “reckless” and would serve the interests of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. Other leaders are considering what this means in the event of an attack. NBC reported:

I agree with General Clark! Seems like treason to me! What do you think?
This is silly

Radicals on both sides abuse and cheapen the t-word

IDGAF if its ET and all they can afford is a slingshot. 2% aint much to ask to Honor your word and pitch in.
Most all of the countries in eastern Europe that border Russia are spending above 2%. Poland (the country Putin blamed for forcing the Nazis to start WWII) spends nearly double that. We began urging Nato members to meet their defense spending obligations when Russia Annexed parts of the Ukraine in 2014.

Most arent Poland has been doing way more than 2%. The rest need to follow suit.

Trump warned them to kick in but only a full War got them to start waking up.

Their defense spending began increasing in 2014 and has been steadily increasing since then. On average they are up to 1.7% with those in the East outspending those far away from Russia.

And. You use 1 example to skirt what the rest were doing. Typical BS move.

Under Trump most were not and he called them on it.

Now Russia got them scared so more are spending.

Ukraine war

The trend of countries that are bordering Ukraine, Russia, or its neighbour and ally Belarus, is now exceeding Nato's 2% guideline, following Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.

Estonia (2.73%), Lithuania (2.54%), Finland (2.45%), Romania (2.44%), Hungary (2.43%) and Latvia (2.07%) are all exceeding the alliance's guideline for defence expenditure.

Poland is the alliance's biggest spender as a share of GDP, contributing 3.90%, spending even more than the US (3.49%) in second and Greece (3.01%) the next closest.

The nations falling short of the alliance's target are France (1.90%), Montenegro (1.87%), North Macedonia (1.87%), Bulgaria (1.84%), Croatia (1.79%), Albania (1.76%), Netherlands (1.70%), Norway (1.67%), Denmark (1.65%), Czech Republic (1.50%), Portugal (1.48%), Italy (1.46%), Canada (1.38%), Slovenia (1.35%), Turkey (1.31%), Spain (1.26%), Belgium (1.13%) and Luxembourg (0.72%).

Iceland, which does not have any armed forces, was not featured on the list.

Nobody wants to invade poor Iceland!

He's a member of the left elite's deep state, Tonto.

And? The

And? They didnt increase until Russia scared them into doing so.
In 2014 is when it began and they have steadily increased it since them. Furthermore the invasion of Ukraine in 2022 has caused that to increase more rapidly. In other words, Benedict Donald's threat during his term didn't effect the rate of increase in their spending. The Russian attempt to take over the Ukraine did.

Their defense spending began increasing in 2014 and has been steadily increasing since then. On average they are up to 1.7% with those in the East outspending those far away from Russia.
So? They promised to spend 2% when they joined NATO.

So if a country only spends 1.9% or 95% of the guidelines will Benedict Donald only give them 95% support in case his buddy Putin invades them? Did anyone ask the other NATO members how much they spend on their defense budget in 2001 will we were attacked and invoked Article 5?

God you morons can push Mountains of BS on Fake Ass Drama

It was a treaty and promise violation for NATO to expand eastward, like:
  • Czech Republic
  • Hungary
  • Poland
  • Bulgaria
  • Estonia
  • Latvia
  • Lithuania
  • Romania
But the Ukraine is worst of all because it is inside the Russian defense net.
NATO is the single most evil conspiracy ever created.
It is NATO countries that have caused all the illegal wars, like invading Iraq.
