Obama's drone strikes have killed over 2400 people and within that number is 200 innocent children. War is hell. Where is Diane Feinstein on that? And where is the media? If the time ever comes to where we take a bunch of the enemy and their families and place them in a skyscraper and fly a jet into it then maybe I would think we were going a bit far.

Boumediene v. Bush (2008)). The territory undergoing drone strikes is not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, where no due process rights exist, as Justice Scalia maintained in
Boumediene:
“There is simply no support for the Court’s assertion that constitutional rights extend to aliens held outside U.S. sovereign territory, see
Verdugo-Urquidez, 494 U. S., at 271, and
Eisentrager could not be clearer that the privilege of habeas corpus does not extend to aliens abroad.”

Consequently your attempt at partisan deflection fails, as the Bush administration was indeed culpable with regard to illegal torture, and the Obama administration's use of drone strikes are lawful attacks on enemy combatants where the “privilege of habeas corpus does not extend to aliens abroad.”
