It’s amazing how many people wrap themselves in a document they’ve clearly never read. This isn’t a free speech issue.
It is a free speech issue, but not a government censorship issue. It is an issue of people being de-platformed over politics by people that control access to the internet, which has become the new public square.
Businesses have every right to associate (or not) with whomever they please. We’ve had this conversation on numerous occasions over the years and I’ll never be convinced that people have a right to social media account or to be hosted on my servers.
So power companies can shut off the power to Trump supporters and Trump? Phone cable and cell services can deny access to conservatives?
Internet access has been declared a "right" be some NGO's, and while I think that may be too far, things like hosts, and transmission services are more like utilities than anything else these days.
There is a difference between one baker not wanting to bake one specific cake, and said baker denying all products, or all bakers in an area denying the service. The same issues apply to this, and are far more crucial as you are talking about a person's access to express their opinion in an arena currently used to do just that.
