For one, there were scores of signs requesting forgiving of student loans. I saw these with my own eyes. The vast majority of people I spoke with called themselves Socialists or "International Socialist", wherever the hell that means. Calling for redistribution of wealth away from some to towards the protesters is but another form of bailout. They wanted bailed out of the responsibility to pay the rent and feed themselves.

This proves to me that you were 100% *not*there. No one was "asking" for anything but getting corporate bribes out of our legislative and election processes. Nice try...
