Does anyone know of any way to go to the deep web?

The TOR browser is the easiest way. I suggest not trying it, though. While most of it is supposedly just sites not listed on search engines, you're also likely to find nasty viruses and possibly some hackers.

As Pumpkin said TOR is your best option. The deep web is mostly shit the government would love to bust you for. It's still an interesting place to browse.
