One of the dumbest slogans ever uttered is "Diversity is our strength!" I cannot imagine a single enterprise or body where that could be true. Unity brings strength.

But the U.S. can be (a little bit) proud that people of all races, religions, ethnicity, colors and genders can succeed here, economically at least, as proven by countless examples every day.

I think it is important to make a distinction between "diversity," and "multiculturalism." I would agree that in no place is multiculturalism a strength. IN inevitably leads to a balkanization and failed society.

Most leftists know this, so they will insist that the two terms are the same. In fact, you can find many sources on the internet which will claim the same.

With that said, a diversity of life experiences to any organization has been proven to make those organizations with diversity, stronger and more effective than those w/o it. This is why, as long as Americans all agree America is the best philosophy and culture, and respect each other even when we disagree politically, we will always be the best place on Earth.

Who would want to live in a one party totalitarian state?

The vast majority was the "diversity" among several European countries. In other words, not a lot of diversity.
