That said, what are the factually-based and honest bases on which anyone can dispute anything said by Mr. Homan?

I’ve also read that the alleged bribe attempt was a sting attempt by some FBI agents AND that the $50k payment was somehow “recorded” on tape. Really? Where is that tape?
