No, they said I'm out so I'm out. It wasn't a heart attack, I have heart failure which really doesn't go away.

The point was that not all heart problems will keep you from driving a truck and I believe local drivers can drive under certain restrictions

Well heart problems are not my only one. It kind of was the straw that broke the camels back. It's really up to the government doctor. He has to sign a medical waiver form for me to drive. When he found out about the heart thing, he said it's too risky for him. One problem, two problems, he's pushing the limit. Three problems is just too much to ask for, and I can't blame him. He has liability issues as well and has to protect himself. He was a good guy to me the last couple of years. But because of my previous problems, I was confined to only drive in my state.

Approaching 60, and with this virus on the run, I just decided to give up and go on disability. Because of my age and conditions, if I catch this virus I may be part of the 200,000 deaths, so I'm keeping a low profile here. When it's all over, I'll see if there is anything else out there I can do, even if part-time.

"Get" is the present tense, and "got" is the past tense. You just read it wrong.

In any case I know I brought home more money, and my CPA said I made about two hundred dollars more in refund than the year before with the new tax changes. The elimination of Commie Care fines was also a big savings.

Now everybody is not in my exact situation mind you. People at different income levels probably had different experiences; some better and some worse depending on where they live and what their house is worth. In my situation, I did a little better, and certainly much better than under Obama.

On the other hand, it would give the left a lot of negative ammunition to go after Trump for trying to replace her after what McConnell did in 2016.
Trump doesn't need the extra distraction during the campaigning, along with the msm going after him relentlessly for trying.
If he was upfront and saying that he's going to hold off, it could give him some positive momentum in the eyes of the voters in the swing states.

I don't think the decision to nominate a replacement justice is going to hurt Trump any, and whether the Senate confirms that person really isn't his responsibility. Where I think it falls more heavily is on the GOP senators who are running for re-election and are in tight races. They would be put into the difficult position of saying one way or the other how they would vote to confirm, and either way that position could hurt their candidacy. It's going to be a purely political decision, weighing the what happens if I do this vs what happens if I do that. I suspect everybody is ging to be doing a lot of polling and surveys over the next couple of weeks to see which way the wind is blowing.
