To Jail Or Not To Jail, That Is The Question

Actually gag orders in criminal cases are not uncommon.

And they are typically applied to prosecution and defense. But not in Judge Merchon's courtroom
And the First Amendment does not give one the "right" to attack jurors and witnesses outside the courtroom.
And specifically what language from Trump does your snowflake cult consider an "attack"

Care to share any statements the prosecution has made attacking the legitimacy of the jury or witnesses?

Any statements he has uttered or posted attacking the character and/or legitimacy of the jury or witnesses.

The question is fairness. If others have the right to say bad things about Trump then he should have that very same right.
Actually anybody else in his position would be sitting behind bars in a jail cell in a jumpsuit by now without any communication devices.
His daily trips to and from court would be under escort so there wouldn't be any of these ridiculous pressers from the courthouse steps either.
That may be the next step for him if he doesn't learn soon how to control himself.

Or serial liar Cohen? Or the extortionist Stormy?
like any good prosecutor, only the prosecution gets to spoil the jury pool. Check out Bryan Kohberger's gag order after the prosecution told the world he was a stalker and then trying to see how many heard it isn't allowed. Strange justice system lately.

How about attacking the defendant? "So it’s just a side note to those people who don’t believe what Donald says, whether it’s during these rallies or these ridiculous statements that he makes. Trust me: I’ve been there. I know what he’s intending to do, and he’s not bluffing."

Couldn't provide even a single one huh? You should probably STFU and not repeat the bullshit you hear form the Biden campaign on MSDNC

No one else would be in his position. FatFuck Bragg reduces 60% of the felonies in NYC to misdemeanors. For Trump he elevated a misdemeanor to a felony (becasue he fucked up and let the SOL on the misdemeanor lapse).

Trump has the right to proclaim his innocence as loud and as long as he wants to.

He is 100% free to criticize the prosecution's case, and the witnesses against him.

He cannot intimidate or coerce a juror. No one can do that, whether they are a party to the case or not. That's a crime, and should be charged when it happens.

The prosecutor's office cannot discuss the case in the public sphere because that is a violation of the rules of procedure and can taint the jury. That prohibition does not apply to the defendant.

The leftist media opines on Trump's guilt on a daily basis. Trump has every right to counter those opinions, and criticize the people who publish them.
