Could fusion be the release of time dilation energy? I was thinking that matter moves extremely fast inside a star so maybe it builds up time dilation energy and when two Hydrogen fuse they form a stronger electron shell and let out huge amounts of speed time dilation when they crash stiff into each other and slow down tremendously.

You’re going to have to do the math before anyone pays attention.

No, the physics of nuclear fusion is very well understood. When two nuclei merge there is a matter to energy conversion as a result of the new combined nucleus seeking equilibrium.

That has nothing to do with time dilation ... you're convoluting two different theories leaving half out of each ...

Nuclear fusion has nothing to do with time dilation. Time dilation is a product of mass and inertia acting upon the fabric of spacetime. Nuclear fusion is a matter to energy reaction produced by matter being crushed at enormous pressure and temperature.

Oh shit! We got ourselves a good ole fashioned NERD FIGHT!!!!!!
These people with their weird theories about well understood physical processes need to watch a better class of youtube video or (gasp!) read an actual book on the subject.

time dilation is heat/density pressure on the atom that makes the core nucleus hotter. When a nuclei joins with a second nuclei perhaps the time dilation heat sheds off making the nucleus lighter, that or cratering of the two nuclei putting some material into orbit to cause a release of energy.

Wrong. Time dilation is not a form of energy. To any observer the local passage of time is always one second per second. It can only be detected by comparing clocks which do not directly measure the passage of time. Time itself cannot be detected or measured by any means because it's not a physical thing. It's a scientific construct we use to keep track of things that happen.

Almost correct. Time (combined with c) is how we've chosen to measure space.. for good reason. "Spacetime" however, along with QM in general, remains deranged nonsense cooked up to simply deny the Aether, promote anything Einstein, and get back at Nikola Tesla for finding the entire charade so laughable.

Y'all have learned me some best stuff there is is so much for being smartester when shown light of circling mind light.

300 million meters is equal to a second ...

Thanks for y'all responses taken the time and thinking needed to use your hands special to make loudest sense to accomodate the occurrence of my saying stuff.

Fake news, it's not understood. If it was they could use it.

300 million meters is equal to a second ...
Whenever we measure the time it takes for light energy to travel ~300 million meters through space we find that it equals a second.
In particular, the value for the speed of light in a vacuum is now defined as exactly 299,792,458 metres per second.
Using a whole year of c instead of just a second enables us to ascribe linear distances to and between the observed positions of large bodies in space such as stars and galaxies with relative ease. Using a larger unit time (one year) to "measure" or pinpoint anything observable out in space in terms of light years. Astronomers often prefer using parsecs but the basic notion remains the same.

Ok so what's the math on the movement of matter inside the avg star, answer=unknown?
Because you need mass density and active nuclear energy figures to work the math and all stars carry different levels of intensity size and mass

We do use it ... and we do understand it very well ... it's the basis of our national defense ... Mark 77 thermonuclear device ...
Warmonger much? Zelenskyy still uses the phrase "An act of terror" when referring to "use" of traditional bombs potentially striking nuke plants in critical spots.

How about in terms of producing that long promised "Too cheap to meter" "clean" electricity? How many centuries and trillions to go before that happens?
