Some people caught being disingenuous do. But those of questionable motives/characters or who have a specific agenda to detract, disrupt, derail usually don't.

You don't get to attack someone because they say something you don't like.

The 1st Amendment prevents the government from censoring you, not private citizens. Assault laws prevent private citizens from punching you in the face, but nothing compels anyone to listen to you speak.

IOW, an employer can legally prevent you from speaking your mind while on the clock.
