Video below shows at about 35s that Pretti could have escaped with one of the girls, but he went back to help the other girl by putting hands on an ICE agent. Things went rapidly downhill from there. Those two girls really pissed ICE off by blowing whistles in their ear. They were interfering, not "observing".
