The mail, sent to Eric Trump at his posh Manhattan residence at 100 Central Park South, also known as Trump Parc East, was opened by his wife Thursday.

A source close to the investigation said the letter had a Massachusetts postmark and warned that if Donald Trump doesn't withdraw from the race for the Republican presidential nomination -- paraphrasing -- harm will come to the kids.

Yeah I know its gallows humor. Not for everyone. I certainly hope nothing happens to him or anyone in his family. The same way I hoped nothing would happen to President Obama with the tidal wave of threats he received, and G W Bush with all the threats he received.

But it's a little ironic how Trump is thinking of paying the lawyer's fees for the old man that sucker-punched the guy at the rally, a guy who also didn't see violence coming, yet he now has to face this.

You see now why there are so many voices saying violence has no place in presidential politics. Speak, speak loudly, get your point across, and then vote. And yes that goes for everyone.

This is absurd. Hopefully the authorities find this radical and bring him / her to trial.

As a note, if the authorities don't know who sent the letter and their political ideologies...how do you? You seem to know that this person is a hypocrite and that this person "[has] always [been] bleating about 'hate' ". You literally know more about this person than the authorities and, as such, a reasonable assumption would be that you know of this person personally. I truly hope you are brought in for questioning since you know this individual so intimately.
