Jeffery Rosen - constitutional expert

Mark Levin - Hack

Read the Constitution, particularly Article I. The article talks about voting democratically to select representatives. That is what a school board does when it selects a superintendent, for example. Or the parties selecting a House speaker.
That is why you need lessons about the constitution. That is strike 1.

Voting is not mentioned in Article 1.

"The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite"

Not much social pressure. Amendments are difficult to get enacted.
Sure. The 18 year old vote was very social and political. So was the anti-FDR presidential term limitation vote. I would like to read a comparison work on Trump and FDR and the pressures on the voting.

Why are you pretending to be knowledgeable in constitutional matters and on the US constitution itself?

On the topic, What have you read and by whom? Sources?

Pay attention here. Even proven conservative voices that are not hostile to Levin, have written things like "Mark R. Levin, a Great But Misguided American."

The first BS is that we are a Democracy. I proved we are not a Democracy. Democracy is not mentioned by the Constitution.

This Robert W fool is talking nonsense as does Mark Levin. Mark is no better than Rush was, O'Reilly was, Glenn Beck was. More demagogues than experts on governmental and constitutional matters. loudmouth bullies with powerful megaphones.

You have proven no such thing. and your "mentioned by?" Is English your first language?

How many times is the word "republic" mentioned in the US Constitution? Do you even know?

We all know the USA is a republic. We all know the Pledge of Allegiance. The arguments here and elsewhere about America being a "democracy" or not is wrapped up in specious arguments meant to further political gains.

Whether arguing over the USA being a federalist republic, a democratic republic, a democracy a representative democracy is all bs. It's meant to divide people. It's not about education. We all know the pledge of allegiance.

I was past 18 when that law got changed. Nobody I knew at school or my pals thought about voting then. Students I knew did not even ask for it. In fact I was out of high school 15 years when that amendment was passed. President Eisenhower was the first for the change.
