We are talking about health care access, not the election.

This service is handled by our Congress critters, not Mr. President.
For an odd reason, no telling what it is, you think a tiny number amounts to a huge number. And to get your number, medicaid has to be included. Which is not obamacare.

45 million is a huge number, and a lot of them vote.

false.

Expanded Medicaid, a component of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), allows states to expand Medicaid eligibility to cover nearly all adults with incomes up to 138% of the federal poverty level, a significant increase from previous eligibility rules that primarily covered parents and children. While the ACA initially made this expansion mandatory, a Supreme Court ruling made it optional, leaving 10 states that have not expanded coverage as of early 2025. Benefits of expansion include reduced uninsured rates, improved health outcomes, and increased financial stability for enrollees.

If it was medicare, it would not be called Obama care.

Taken out of context it's a brilliant fail.
It wasn’t out of context. Your response is the fail.

Despite the nonsense you were taught early on in school, the fact remains:

Our Founders and the Framers wanted no part of “democracy.”

And our Constitution is clear proof of that fact for those willing to think and challenge the grade school nonsense we were taught.

And in case you're confused, the Ohio State Buckeyes players aren't really buckeyes.
And those Texas Longhorns players, well, you know.

Democracy would be a major pain in the asses of Americans. Would they actually vote for every matter put forth in Congress? Hell no they would not. We have a republic for that very reason.

And even so, there are some things that can be and are put to a referendum.

However, for the most part, we put Representatives in to sort of stand-in our place. And if we disagree with their voting record on major issues (or just on a significant number of issues), we can vote them the **** out.

So, we are a Constitutional republic and we make only limited use of “democracy” for just a few things.

Simple facts by me. Democrats fell in love with the term democracy because they think it means them. We all want the Government to keep working. Democrats say they plan to stop republicans from keeping the government going.

Check into this site for liberty and learning. It might seem a waste of time, but it is way too valuable to just shuffle off.

I have commented on the purpose of our Government. No it is not a democracy. Were it one, we all would be besieged with notices to vote. And I mean on every action by government. This is why the founders named it a Republic. A Republic has representatives to do all of your voting. All you can do is vote for all of them, including the president. Democrats call it a democracy to fool you. When you hear our press call us a democracy, they mean to a person only Democrats.

Judge Napolitano is available and isn’t Israel first. I’ll go with his works.
