Dude, it's obvious you hate the guy, but the only way for you to know for sure what he said is for you to have listened to him long enough to actually hear what he said in context and to understand where he was coming from. You know, like you keep telling white people they're not allowed to quote MLK's "I have a dream" speech because they're missing stuff he said in other speeches. So how many hours a week did you spend listening to him, or are you just convinced that he has to be a racist because white people and conservative and Orange Man Bad and somebody told you he was racist?

And the bottom line remains, you have to have skill to be successful in talk radio, which is why there are so few at the top. Howard Stern is a juvenile jerk that stopped maturing at the age of 14, but has a lot of skill behind the microphone. You can't take that away from him or from Limbaugh, the King of political talk radio. Heck, the left created a whole network trying to compete with him and lost big time. Being able to hold an audience for 3 hours a day, 5 days a week is a skill, as many wannabee's have found out to their embarrassment.

Since I never SAID Puerto Rico had a Socialist government I'm not quite sure what your point is! I brought up Puerto Rico because when I had Sowell as a professor one of the things he spoke to was how when he was a young man he believed in Communism. He thought that government could solve problems for people. He started to change his mind on that when he did a study of Puerto Rican sugar cane workers and minimum wage. What he found was the when the government imposed a minimum wage that rather than getting workers more money...it actually got many of them laid off and the government workers running the program didn't seem to care. Rather than making things better for workers...a well meaning program made things much worse.

Jesus, Paul...where did you go to school? Freezing occurs at 32 degrees...not 0! This occurred at the end of November. The average temperature at the end of November in Wappinger's Falls is 29 degrees. The temperatures at night for the four nights in question were all below freezing yet amazingly Brawley had no symptoms of exposure at all. It doesn't add up. It's laughable actually! When she was examined she was totally unharmed in any way...was well nourished and had even recently brushed her teeth!

It's disturbing to me that you continue to accuse that Police officer of being a rapist simply because he committed suicide, Paul! The truth is he committed suicide because his girlfriend broke up with him and he left a suicide note to that affect. He wasn't accuse of being a rapist until AFTER he'd committed suicide and that accusation was made with ZERO proof of his involvement at all!

The temperatures for the nights in question were cold...all around or under freezing. So kindly explain why Ms. Brawley miraculously didn't suffer from any type of exposure at all despite being in the woods for four nights?

Dude's a pretty prolific writer and has written about both race and economics, I would imagine that he either doesnt believe that race/racism is THE driving factor in someone economic sucess/failure or there are enough authors writing about that he he figured he didnt need to. Maybe you should write to him and ask... Though I will point out though I have not read these books their titles seem to hint that they are on the subject you are saying he hasnt written about.
