Another "AntiFa" insurrectionist exposed.

The top editor of a self-described “politically incorrect” Orthodox Jewish newspaper — a Donald Trump booster who scored a recent interview with the former president's impeachment attorney — was among those who entered the Capitol on Jan. 6, according to a POLITICO review of footage captured that day.
Resnick has drawn attention in recent years for incendiary and bigoted commentslabeling African religions as "primitive" and suggesting white supremacy is fictional — and is a longtime vocal supporter of Donald Trump. Just days after Trump’s acquittal in his second impeachment trial, Resnick landed an interview with the former president’s lead attorney, David Schoen. And he’s defended the Jan. 6 Capitol riot in print without acknowledging his previously unreported presence in the building that day.
Resnick’s ultra-conservative politics are rare among the broader community of U.S. Jews, which tilts overwhelmingly toward Democrats. But even among more conservative Orthodox Jews, his statements stand out under the banner of the six-decade-old Jewish Press, whose website touts that it’s been “politically incorrect long before the phrase was coined.” Groups condemning his past rhetoric include the Anti-Defamation League, a mainstream Jewish American institution.

So the guy defending the insurrection, was one of the insurrectionists? Classic! Another case of trumpers too stupid to know there are cameras everywhere. A lot of these assholes had a perfectly good excuse to wear masks, but were just too stupid and conceited to realize what they were doing was wrong. Then having the gall to defend the insurrection without admitting he was part of it, as if nobody would ever know. :auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg:Hope they charge him with trespassing, at least.

IMO?

None of them actually thought they were going to change the outcome. . . it was just a riot. So why would they care?

From the research I did, only a handful of participants had any real plans on that day. Thus, calling it an insurrection. . . over and over, just does not make it so. Sorry.

If hundreds of thousands of Americans, honestly believe, truly in their heart, that the election has been stolen, what then? How can they be the "insurrectionists," when they believe they are protesting and rioting for a just cause? :dunno:

I honestly cannot believe the partisan hatred and lack of empathy simply because folks disagree with each other politically.

No where in his piece does Resnick call what happened. . . an, "insurrection." No where does he view the people that he believed were protesting a stolen election. . . "insurrectionists."

Calling folks names, like "Qanoners," "Trumpers," "conservatards," "libtards," "antifa," and now? "insurrectionists?" "domestict terrorists?" are we serious with that shit? No where does any of that help solve any the nation's problems.

WHY did Trump believe the election was stolen? If you answer that, then you will know why he and his people pushed that narrative, and have continued to do so. If people don't listen to each other? This is what will we get.

It is like you folks enjoy this conflict and these alternate realities. Just because you have them, does not mean you are correct in your epistemology.

Guess they were too stupid to know an assault on the capital and congress, while in session would be viewed as different from burning liquor, sporting goods and auto parts stores to steal crap, and too much for normal patriotic American's sit still for. The local mayors and governors responsible for those few cities simply do not care if that crap goes on in their cities. Luckily they do expect me to care about their city for them. I care about the country and our seat of government. I'm just glad elected officials in Tennessee have a history of not putting up with that crap here.

Leftists have stormed the capitol in the last couple years. They also were assaulting officers while trying to stop trumps inauguration. They were also trying to murder federal agents while burning down a courthouse.
You guys "mostly peaceful" rhetoric about them is bullshit.
Why do you omit their worst actions? Do you do it on purpose?

If you rouse the moronic rabble (the easily led) to participate on-site, you foment insurrection. Normal Americans took no part in it. Stupid people get themselves into stupid crap all the time. If you join an insurrection, just because you are there when it starts. You are insurrectionist trash, not patriots. Does not matter to me if you are too stupid and easily led to know it at the time or not. You are still responsible for your actions.

A "Trump backer" defended? What kind of crap is this? We aren't even sure about the political affiliation of all the rioters but the left can't let it go. Meanwhile the FBI still hasn't come up with a motive for the Vegas shooter who killed 58 people at a country concert that the media characterized as a "Trump rally".

Well aware rioters protested outside the capital and some fought with the capital police and well aware rioters attacked a few court buildings in a few cities where the local government seemed to stand back and let it happen, thinking it would just die down and go away on it's own. They were wrong, but it was and still is, their problem. Not the same as storming the capital breaking in to stop government from operating and recognizing the results of a free elections, while calling for the hanging of the Vice President. Heck Harley, I didn't even vote for that Vice President and not thrilled about the one we got that I did vote for, but but attacks inside the capital hunting for them and screaming to hang them is just a different animal than what the right wing idiots want to compare it too, in relation to the riots to steal sh#t in far away cities. I'm 66 and was grammar school when President Kennedy was assassinated, Jr High when his brother was assisinated, just for running for President, and was working for a living when President Reagan was shot. Don't tell me nobody was serious about Pence or Pelosi. This was and has to be taken as a serious attempt by the right wing forces of trump. The right to mob protest stops at the steps of the capital, as far as I am concerned.

ExACTly - Tired of the false equivalencies as I'll bet you are also. As side note, think I was in first grade when Kennedy was assassinated. The announcement from our principle came over the classroom loudspeaker and I'll never forget the look of my teacher's blood draining out of her face. She composed herself after several minutes, but we all knew something was horrible. Mrs Baker didn't talk about it, figuring her young bloods were too young to understand such a thing. But when I got home, my Mom did her best to explain it - Took me until RFK's assassination to truly comprehend.

I find that both astonishing and disconcerting.
Definitely a social psychology that should be studied.

You guys "mostly peaceful" rhetoric about them is bullshit.
Why do you omit their worst actions? Do you do it on purpose?

I was in 3rd grade. Mrs. Reeves was visibly shook. School was turned out and me and the other kids that lived close enough to walk or ride bikes were instructed to go straight home, while the rest waited for buses. Nobody knew in the first hour if it was a prelude to anything else.
